These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of artificial hedge products marketed under the registered trademark Bruc Natura, to both private customers (B2C) and professionals/distributors (B2B), within the European Union.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions.

3. Purchase options
The Company offers:

• Direct online purchase through the website.
• Request for a customized quotation.
  For quotation-based purchases, the order will be deemed confirmed after the customer’s express acceptance and the Company’s validation.

4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations.
The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price in force at the time the order is confirmed will apply.

5. Shipping
Delivery area: European Union.
Estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours for shipments that do not require a pallet.
For larger-volume orders or pallet shipments, delivery times may vary depending on logistics.
The Company works with third-party carriers and is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Order receipt
The customer must check the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
Any visible issue must be reported immediately to the carrier and notified in writing to the Company within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt.

7. Returns
Returns will only be accepted in the case of defective products or an error attributable to the Company.
Returns will not be accepted for:

• Incorrect product selection.
• Change of mind.
• Improper use.
• Incorrect handling.
  The Company may request photographic evidence of the defect before authorizing a return.
  If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the Company will provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

8. Warranty
Products are covered by a 7-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation.
• Improper use or negligence.
• Natural wear and tear.
• Damage caused by extreme weather events.
  The warranty is strictly limited to replacement of the defective material and excludes installation/removal costs and any indirect damages.

9. Specific terms for professionals (B2B)
In business-to-business transactions:

• The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
• Commercial terms may be established through specific agreements.
• The Company may set different payment terms depending on volume or commercial history.

10. Intellectual and industrial property
The Bruc Natura trademark is registered and protected under applicable law.
Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of content, images, texts, or brand elements is prohibited without the Company’s express authorization.
Use of marketing materials by distributors requires prior authorization.

11. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:

• Damage resulting from incorrect installation.
• Use not in accordance with product specifications.
• Indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
  The Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of La Bisbal d’Empordà, unless consumer protection rules provide another mandatory jurisdiction.
